Project Description

Working in collaboration with John Holland, Empyrean Lighting has supplied a range of Corona LED ultra slim panels for the Perth Children’s Hospital.

In addition, our Andromeda High Low Bay luminaire are lighting up the loading docks underneath the buildings.

“The $1.2 billion Perth Children’s Hospital is being built on the QEII Medical Centre site in Nedlands and will replace Princess Margaret Hospital as the State’s dedicated children’s hospital.

As a leading paediatric hospital, it will provide the specialty medical treatment required for the most serious medical cases, as well as secondary services including inpatient and outpatient care and day stay care. It is planned to open to the public in 2016.”

– Government of Western Australia, Department of Health.

Our Corona range also features Cyanosis compliant panels which were also installed into the new hospital. The complete cyanosis compliant range can be viewed here.
